First ever Car-Nar-Narnival goes down in history with few hitches
1.9.2016: Mt. Hope, KS: LMNO Pizza played host to the first official "Car-Nar-Narnival" a Rock N Roll and gaming experience for fans of all ages.  The event was imagined by Americana-Na while on tour through Iowa and Minnesota in October 2015.  In the space upstairs above the pizza place, the event featured five area bands, each promoted during set-up with a themed carnival style game.  Jason Crile was the barker.  The hard working staff served delicious pizzas all night long delivering them to people upstairs.  The event was free with donations accepted and capping the night was a door raffle where every attendee received five complimentary raffle tickets for the grand prize.  A promotional hand made LMNO Pizza board game.  Attendance was determined by raffle tickets and was set at 92.  Bands and games included:
Riverbirds--Riverbird Ring Toss,
Bad Mother Hubbard--Bad Mother Hubbard's Flight School, Americana-Na--Pop!-Pop!-Pop!, Pretend Friend--PFlinko, False Flag ICT--FFFFishing and the raffle took place before False Flag ICT.  There are talks of continuing the event in the future but no official plans have been announced.

Americana-Na in the Studio?

The reason for Americana-Na’s unusual move for not booking shows in the Month of May could be that the band is in studio. An undisclosed source has disclosed that the band held recording sessions at TOPtone Studios in Wichita, Kansas on Wednesdays May 6th and 13th as well as yesterday Friday, May 22nd. The source believes that Americana-Na booked another session on May 31. Some speculate that the band is about to announce a CD release. The announcement could occur as soon as their next show, at Kirby’s Beer Store on Wednesday, June 3rd or perhaps the band is delaying the announcement
until the heavily promoted “WHAT'S THE PASSCODE?” event at The Rack in Wichita, Kansas on Saturday, June 6th with Alberto.
